Observations indicate that world leaders, when they attain power, are essentially joy-less. some will put forth 'kindness' in various forms but it is usually for their own personal fleeting sense of humanity. One thing to note is that 'freedom' represents the tacit ability for individuals to convey joy and kindness to another group or individual. these words are energy loops that if generated and promoted, will naturally expand to encompass more and more of the same.
